Joseph and Christina Jones are the owners of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Joseph is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the State of Georgia. He is a native of Hogansville, Georgia, where he began working at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home when he was sixteen years old. Joseph is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta. In past years, Joseph has served as an associate pastor, minister of music and pianist. Joseph’s desire is to offer his years of training, service and professionalism to his community by going above and beyond the expectations of a funeral home. He believes that a funeral home is much more than a business; it is also a place of Ministry. Christina is from Columbus, GA where she taught school for eight years at Westminster Christian School. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Columbus State University where she obtains a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in History. She also has an Associate’s degree in Allied health. They are residents of Leesburg and are honored to serve Albany, Leesburg and surrounding areas though the ministry of funeral service.

W. Robin Chaplin, Pre-need Counselor & Funeral Director Apprentice

Reverend W. Robin Chaplin serves the funeral home as our Pre-need Counselor and funeral director/embalmer apprentice. He has lived in Albany since 2001 and is the Pastor of Victory Baptist Church. He graduated from Tabernacle Baptist Bible College of Greenville, South Carolina in 1988 and he is a licensed Insurance Agent in the State of Georgia. He is married to his high school sweetheart Shirley and they have three children and four grandchildren.

Pastor Ralph Horne has been a blessing to Hall and Hall Funeral Home and its owners Joseph and Christina Jones. Through their close relationship Joseph and Christina felt led to ask him to be their staff chaplain to help care for their families. Serving as a Bishop in the Church of God Pastor Horne has served as pastor of Hawkinsville Church of God and Milan Church of God and is currently the pastor of Liberty Parkway Church of God here in Albany. Pastor Horne and his wife of forty-five years, Jean, are both retired post masters. They served in that position in many cities across south Georgia for many years. They have four sons and fifteen grandchildren. Pastor Horne is known for saying to everyone "Jesus Loves You!"

Mrs. Paige is a vital part of our funeral home staff and began working for the funeral after the passing of her beloved husband, Ronnie in 2013. Through years of serving others in the community with her husband, she has the desire to continue ministering to others in their time of need. In past years she has served at local hospitals with the chaplain program, and taught school at Sherwood Christian Academy. She is a member of Plantation Parkway Assembly of God in Albany. She has two daughters, Saralyn and Laura.

Rev. Noah Phillips

Rev. Noah Phillips is the Pastor of Bethel  Holiness Church in Putney and is married to Angie. When he is not busy with the ministry, traveling through out the nation and on the mission field he helps with removals and other aspects of the funeral home. Pastor Phillips has a great love for people and has a servants heart.

A native of Kendallville, IN., Dave moved to Albany in 1973 and worked with Proctor and Gamble for twenty years. He proudly served our county in the Navy. In his spare time he enjoys looking at antique automobiles and working in his yard. He  is married to Brenda and  has four sons and two daughters. His family attends Liberty Parkway Church of God.  

Mrs. Dean Denby , Hostess

Mrs. Dean Denby is the widow of William P. Denby, has worked at the funeral home for many years. She has lived in Albany since 1949. She is a graduate of Moultrie High School and Business School. Mrs. Dean worked with the Dougherty County Probate Court for 27 years and retired as acting probate judge. She is a member of Salem Baptist Church in Worth County and is a past president of the Southwest Georgia Exchange Club. She has one daughter, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Her daughter, Lynn Denby Harris passed away on May 15, 2011 at the age of 57. Through the loss of a husband and her daughter, Mrs. Dean still remains strong as she cares for our families here at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.

Chuck and Joan Berry

Chuck and Joan work part time for Hall and Hall Funeral Home. They work visitations and are members of Albany First Church of the Nazarene. They both are retired from The Marine Corps Logistics Base of Albany and Chuck served in the United States Air Force.  They have two children; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
